It’s good to have time to sort through all the flotsam and jetsam of my life, their lives, our life. Weaving it together into a story, discarding what weighs down, cherishing the bits and pieces of it all without having to stop to make dinner. Every mom needs a sabbath, like a teacher’s prep session, to enter into the holy fray with herself in tact.
