It took me at least a couple hours to let go of worrying about the baby, how tired he was, how she would get him to sleep.  But by the second cocktail I remembered worrying would only steal my joy so I decided to let go and enjoy the beautiful feast before me, the surprises he had planned, the extravagant evening together, the powerful story of redemption unfolding before us in much more than Technicolor.
